well we know we have to contribute a certain percentage
monthly
we want more take home pay at times
all bonus payment should not have cpf contribution
more take home pay for us
the company dun have to pay cpf when its a bonus payment
the company can save so much money also
if we want to help the company then is a good idea
they the comapany already paying so much extra cash to employee as bonus payment
then why they need to pay cpf also
give them a chance
maybe they can add more payment as bonus when they dun contribute cpf to employees
sure we can make a change.laws can be change / adjusted
to suit the situation.
